just what we wanted. end of a long journey south, hungry, something quick and delicious and this place delivered. grace our server was perfect, smart, professional and quick. delicious burgers, great beer and wine menu. we left happy with a promise to come back soon. thanks from the bottom of our food loving hearts!

3 times I’ve came here with my girlfriend. Each time has been a pleasant experience. We came here to celebrate our 7 year anniversary the other day and noticed something different about the staff…a younger crowd. Not a complaint though as our waitress did great. I could tell she was relatively new and my GF and I being around the same age were happy to be patient and friendly with her. We both got the fried chicken sandwich and It was delicious! Not to mention their fries are always top notch. I think our biggest issue is the prices. Businesses have to make up for covid with money somehow though…just hoping the place doesn’t become out of our budget. My best to the owner, hope they’re able to bounce back soon and get back to a comfortable spot.

I enjoyed the atmosphere. The shrimp scampi was good, but I really wanted the lobster roll which wasn't available. The Dirty Carolina Fries appetizer was amazing.

Lovely evening at Hinesburgh Public House. The crispy Brussels were great and a serving size for sharing. Loved the fish tacos and roasted root risotto special. Service was very good. Reasonably priced.
