Yes Abuchon Hardware is a chain. But the Turners Falls store is managed by Gary a local resident that has worked up the chain of command to become the General manager. He has made the store into a welcoming place and given it a home town feel. His staff are always kind and helpful. Can almost find everything you need when you have an emergency hardware issue on a weekend.

I have had keys made here bought parts for my screen door had propane filled. I have never had a problem Dillon filled my tank at close to closing but was very friendly about it.I will continue to get my stuff here you guys have wonderful employees and Great customer service. Thank you
