Super good local oil change and state inspection. But their main thing is tires. An alignment they did was so poor it didn't feel like the same car when I drove away. I had to take it to the dealer for them to look at it. Dealer said it was way off and did another alignment. Car drives great now. Will never go to Country Roads again. Shame because they are very conveniently located.

They do quality work but mark prices up 1200%. So if you wanna give your money away this is the best place in town to go. Brian, I was told a few months ago that I'd be charged 179.00 for the set of 8. Yeah you called your suppliers on speaker phone but you made sure you took it off speaker phone before any prices were said. Plus I called the "same" places that you called and got cheaper prices Plus they sell the sets not just individual injectors like you said. I thought you were a good family man and neighbor but I guess I was wrong. You're just out to take advantage of the people that don't know what parts cost. After all the people I sent to your business because of you being my neighbor. Now I'm on a mission to tell Hedgesville how you really operate. So like I said enjoy the money you ripped me off on because you ain't getting anymore of mine,my family's, or friends. If you wanna talk to me you know where I live. Plus I never threatened your business other than saying I was gonna tell everyone I can about how you operate. You're the biggest ripoff in town!!!

Super friendly, everyone there, but they way overtorqued my lug bolts, didn't fully balance the wheels I had them mount/balance (bad vibration at 70-75 highway speed) and they couldn't or didn't want to perform a full alignment. Was told after I dropped it off that it's a special bmw voodoo process involving special tools and weights. I've had older 2000's BMWs worked on at dozens of independent shops over the years and had alignments done no problem. It's not rocket science. They aligned the front toe as a compromise since I had just replaced the control arms, but they didn't center the steering wheel. This is pretty basic stuff in my experience. Nice guys, wish I could give a better review and they will probably do fine work for most people but the net effect of my visit is I have to go somewhere else now to get the steering centered, alignment done, and wheels rebalanced.
