Only go to this place if you wanna shi* because if not, you’d be disappointed. The employees hardly speak English and have no manners at all. I go there often and never have I been satisfied with their service. Multiple times they have charged me twice for one order. And they take their sweet time doing it. Since they’re so busy chatting to one another. Not only that, I once saw this guy got yelled at and threatened because he didn’t put his cup in the garbage. It was next to it. But what happened this morning was my last straw. I went there and they only had their drive thru open, which I’m assuming because their posted store hours say otherwise. However, since the main door was locked, I walked to the drive thru window, and this woman dismissed me saying try the main door again. Which ofc was still locked. She refused to talk to me after that. Frustrated, I had to leave. But if I had the power to fire her, I wouldn’t love anything more. I get that it’s hard to find employees these days for Tim Hortons but why hire people that couldn’t care less about the customers? Or do their job right? I’m sure I’m not the only one who suffered by their disgusting service but since I’m the only one bothering to write here, I’ll tell you this— I’ll never go to that place again. And I’ll kindly warn everyone I know off. I can only hope that some action gets taken about this from the hiring manager/higher authority.

Drive-thru is very rude will have you sitting for at least 5 minutes without saying just a moment. Will not answer you. Will not return. Theres better customer service at the other locations

Service was fine. But the men's room had a broken unusable soap dispenser and empty hand sanitizer.

Is it me or have this tim hortons gotten so bad. Everytime I order, for some reason it’s always something wrong the only time they get my order right is if I’m getting a regular coffee. I can’t began to count and explain how many orders they have gotten wrong. The new drink for example the peppermint mocha ice coffee they always forget the whip cream and sprinkles or they don’t put the mocha in it.
