The service here is extremely disappointing. The workers are unbelievably rude and need some serious customer service training. We came with a friend who has celiacs and was unable to order anything from Ballyhoo. They really need to work on providing a great experience for everyone especially those with dietary restrictions. She ordered food from another bar because she was not able to eat anything. Being outside on the patio, we did not think this was an issue as everyone else had ordered food/drink.. hundreds of dollars worth. Not only did they yell at her and make her cry, there were no visible signs saying no outside food and drink. To think that a worker at a nice restaurant would even be so rude to make a customer CRY is beyond me. We will never be returning. There are so many nice bars in the area that are significantly better.

This is a great little dive. A place to drink and have conversation. It is not large but has outside seating. There is a large selection of local beers and I bet they can make any mixed drink ever known to man. Not much on the menu. It is all brats 5 different ones served on a bun. The sides are few as well but the Mac and cheese side is a meal in itself. I will be back

Can't say enough great things about Ballyhoo. Anytime anyone visits Buffalo, we bring them here for delicious food and cocktails. Service can be a little slower and the parking lot gets full quickly during peak hours which is to be expected, but it doesn't deter us from coming back. Everything on the menu is fantastic.

Ballyhoo is such a fun bar to visit. The sausages are made in house and delicious. Solid beer selections between their rotating taps and canned options. Cocktail list is extensive.

It is not. There are 2 sets of concrete stairs that head into the restaurant. No elevator or ramp.
