I was at the sub shop today around 12:30, and was disgusted at the sanitation practices with one of the employees in particular. She was scraping old food from the cracks between the sub prep surface and the ingredient trays to throw in the trash, then proceeded to touch other surfaces, and open brand new ingredients to fill the trays, then immediately go right into making my sub without changing her dirty gloves. THIS IS NOT OKAY. It was too busy, and I was in too much of a rush to even attempt starting a confrontation with her, or customer service, so I just took the sub and ended up throwing it away. I was not about to risk getting food poisoning, and I pray nobody else she had prepared food for has. I will not be back to this location’s sub shop again.

Staff is very nice. Store is clean and well stocked. Shoppers are rude, entitled and ignorant. Only go there for my prescriptions. Shopped there once, am now a permanent Tops customer.

If you are incapable of having door dash orders ready in a timely fashion stop taking them. You're nothing but a waste of time compared to the wegmans on orchard park road in west seneca.
