This was the first trail repair shop I’ve been to and I have to say, I am a customer for life. The quality of customer service they provide was beyond excellent! My boat/trailer was with them for almost a week, BUT it was a holiday weekend and they were busy, which is understandable. They make sure they repair everything that needs done to the best of their ability. I was helped by Wayne (I believe the owner) and another employee. They were easy to work with, listened to my concerns, and very respectful. They didn’t try to take my money with unnecessary charges or rip me off. They even went above and beyond with helping me with issues that they did not need to help with. I would highly recommend this place if you need any repairs with your trailer. We need more places with this type of customer service. Thank you West Coast Trailer for all your help and service!

I've read and heard great things about Wayne and West Coast Trailers over the years on the local fishing/boating websites. So, even though I live 80 miles away, I made the drive to see Wayne because I like things done right! My trailer needed some added bunks and adjustments to keep the keel from hitting the trailer while loading and unloading the boat off of the trailer. Wayne did an Awesome job doing the necessary improvements. Now the boat goes on and off the trailer the way it's supposed too, nice and smooth! Thanks Wayne for doing a great job!

Wayne and his team are knowledgeable and provide great service. Many people maintain their cars regularly but don't do the same for their trailer. When you tow, you want the safetey and security of knowing you won't have problems. I routinely take my trailer in for a surge break check, tire check, lights and wiring. When I modified my boat I asked Wayne to check the tongue weight and instlall a new winch. DONE! Ready for spring time and the start of the boating season. Whether you need to purchase a new trailer, buy a used trailer, or get routine maintenance I unconditionally recommend West Coast Trailers.
