I started reading the reviews on Google and was surprised at all the one star reviews. I’ve ordered several times without a problem. My last order was placed at 10:20am on line and I received the order about the same time the next day via UPS. l ordered some other stuff from a well known company in Kansas five days ago and their website says my account has no orders the past 60 days. I called today with the order number and lots of other information and they said they are pulling it now so we’ll see how that goes. Hard to find employees nowadays for everyone. I only live about 120 miles away from Classic but they also kept me well informed about my order via emails. If I didn’t hate LA traffic so much I might visit their showroom sometime also $6.89 toll charges each way.

Not impressed with Classic's integrity. We ordered over $3,000 in parts with only a couple that were marked as special shipping. We used their free shipping promo code, only to be charged the $500 shipping when they processed our order. Customer service said all freight shipping is excluded. So they sent the entire order freight instead of only the couple of items that required it. "Free shipping" is relative apparently. We'll be doing everything we can to source products from a different company in the future.

Well it all started when I ordered a part that was supposed to fit my 84 pick up. Took a week to receive it(not too bad of a wait time) but when received it does not fit. Label on box says fits 73-80. Call customer service waited 45 minutes to actually speak to a human. They made me send pictures of the label on the box and then admit it was their fault and that they could refund me or send me the right part to fix my truck. Well obviously I want the right part. The woman says they will send me a label to return the old one and then once they receive it they'll send me out the right one. So basically it's going to take like 3 weeks total before they even end up sending me the right one. So I ask about sending the right one any sooner and she stats that the only way they can do that is if I pay for it again and then once they receive the old one back they will issue me a refund. I tell her that's not acceptable so she offers for me to talk to her supervisor where she then sends me to a voicemail. Total time on first phone call 1 hour and 52 minutes. After being upset about being transferred to a voicemail I called back. Wait time 36 minutes before speaking to a human. Explained the situation to the gentleman and basically he was no help either, saying sorry your upset but we can't just send you the replacement part for free. Ummm excuse me had you sent me the right part in the first place I wouldn't have had to deal with any of this. Needless to say by this point I just want my money back, but have to wait until I get the return label and ship back the old part. If you order from this company I hope you get the right part the first time or your in for a long hassle to fix the issue.

They offer universal parts for that vehicle, while it is not specifically listed. Means you could probably find parts from a local store.

No. I just picked up floor pans onsite about 3-4 weeks ago and they are following covid procedures. They don't seem to have people staffing the phones though: hold times were 30+ minutes every time I've called since covid started. I can drive there faster. Try email or see if they have a chat.

As a third gen owner myself, I can tell you Classic Industries carries VERY LITTLE parts for 1982-1990 Firebirds. If you're looking for the whole headlamp, it appears that they don't sell any headlamp parts for the '88 beyond bulbs, brackets and switches. You're going to have much better luck looking at something like "Hawks Motorsports." Hope you don't mind used parts.

YES!!! They sell Ford parts. Go online and they will mail you a free catalog. Specify mustang, there's a whole catalog devoted just to Mustangs.

I would say the best way would be to call and have a representative check your account and give you another copy of the tracking number. It will be lutes in their computer attached to the invoice

Not as of yet Larry.. Classic is just now laying the ground work for that line of vehicles. I would suggest looking into a reputable radiator shop locally or possibly checking with an online Buick source through Google
