The Dunkin on 18th and Oregon is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve stepped foot in. Not to mention that there are always bums outside of the place. Not that clean either.

Customer service is not a strength at this DD. The woman at the countered rolled her eyes at me when she told me that they no longer carried the hazelnut swirls. How was I supposed to know? I picked an alternative. They need customer service training ASAP.

I order my ice coffee, and hot coffee from grub hub an they always messup my order. It taste so disgusting. Do you guy know how to make coffee??plz hiring somebody that know how to make coffee..like seriously

Last time going this is DD again. The other 2 DDs close by are better. Staff are rude and messes up your order if you customize it from the default which means they do not look at the details of the order and makes the order as they please. If you ever notice and look around the store counters and signs inside, it covered with dirt and grime. If the staff do not clean what we can see, i don't want to think of how it looks behind the counter. Ordered 2 cold brew and they messed them up and had them fixed it. They gave me my order in less than 30 sec later. I did not have confidence in them remaking my order that fast so i took the order and dumped it into the trash outside. Again, I will never go back to this DD again.
