PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE . I have lived here for 8 years and this will be my LAST year living here. Now when I first moved everything was fine but now if you have a problem they do cheap fixes so more than likely you will have that problem again. They are not here on the weekend so unless it’s an emergency if you have any issue you will be sol the whole weekend. They work on their time not yours. The apartments are outdated & some of the building siding is falling off. Please save your money and move somewhere else totally not worth it.

I do not live here but my sister does and I think her place is beautiful with a fire place 2 spacious bedrooms easy parking carpets are very clean so is the whole apartment if you think you are going to live in an apartment complex that involve all different types of people with needs of course they're complaints. Bottom line if you are a normal person, kept to yourself and took care of your apartment and lived normally I can not see staff or laundry or rude neighbors being a problem at all and most two bedroom spacious apartments are basically all the same price range. No matter where you go you must always take the good with the bad. I feel you can say as much as you want but only when it's ur own persons house! I had to vent a about that because reading some of the comments ready to have me turn away John wanting to move in here when I saw my sister's place completely in love and there are many ways around washing your clothes and avoiding people who are ignorant and all sorts of things so honestly you shouldn't share anything unless it was something very very important

I have lived in this community three times! Long story there, but every time the same staff has been there and I haven't had any issues. The staff is nice and when I did have a maintenance concern it was taken care of quickly. Some neighbors are better than others but that is anywhere. I really cant complain.

They are now charging you late fees on your rent during this pandemic. Most of us can barley afford rent during this time . No compassion from management. I wouldn’t want to be a new tenant w/ a company who does not Care For their tenants !!
