South Philadelphia Wine and Spirits location always has a great fast working staff that professionally assist with my purchases when needed. Parking is great and the stores well lit and organized. And they always offer help carrying my boxes or bags to my vehicle without me even asking.

Not sure, but you can call for pickup. They can address your on-line concern over the phone at that time.
Masks must be worn. Social distancing is required. Plexiglass is setup around cashiers.

Don't think so, but if you are in the Philadelphia area, you can try just over the Benjamin Franklin bridge, a place named Carool's ( I think that's the correct spelling).
