This is the second time the groomers injured my dog. The first incident, they cut his nail too short which caused him to bleed. Second incident, they left him with razor burns/sores from cutting him. I will not be returning. I like Petco.. but this location of groomers are short staffed, which cause them to make mistakes when cutting my animal. They’re obviously rushing. I am very disappointed!!

The only store that sales my dogs food. I love their savings program. You can save money on food, grooming and vet bills.

I am disappointed because we came to get our dog groomed and because he barked we were told our appt had to be canceled. There was construction going on in the hallway so our dog started barking . There was no patience to allow our dog to calm down . As soon as he barked we were told “ and with that we will have to cancel this appointment “ . He was likely upset as well because of the leash placed around his neck by staff , instead of on his harness. I expected that they would try to help him calm down , maybe a treat and some patience … Thinking back it’s probably best that we go somewhere else . Back to Heart and Paw we go … we had switched to Petco because of location and parking .

Petco always been my store. If your getting fish I wouldn't base it on one visit. They always get stocked up.

Masks are required in the store, there where markings on floor at register to remind people to stay 6 feet apart, I saw a large bottle of hand sanitizer at the checkout as well
Wow, sorry to hear that, I only went there with my friend to buy stuff for her new kitty..You should contact them, that stinks..I feel bad for you and the fish...
No online fish, sorry 😐
I would call the store or any pet center in the area.
They let my daughter feed the fish for no reason, so I don't see why not. They have tons of salt water & fresh water fish so they may sell Rasbora's.
