Tiannah when above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. When she answered the phone she was friendly empathetic and exceeded my expectations. Fred at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was made sure that not only did he do what I asked but he went above and beyond to ensure that it was a professional and enjoyable experience. Sue and Isaiah are wonderful team members as well AFC urgent care did right by me. I would absolutely come back again.

I found all the personnel extremely efficient and friendly. I went at late morning on a Sunday and there were a couple other patients that were seen promptly. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and explained the procedure to check in and what to expect. Unfortunately I was unable to wait for radiology to view my X-rays, but received a phone call from the radiology department and the doctor at the facility to explain the results. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility in our area over the many choices available. I give it 5*****!

The front desk reception area was extremely compassionate and very private asking questions maintaining HIPAA compliance. The nurse assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor was amazing. Looked at me holistically and not only provided a treatment but a solution for my overall skin issues. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

I am not usually one to write reviews, but this needed to be an exception. I had the most wonderful experience with one of the nurses, I believe her name was Sue (I’m sorry if I got that wrong) and she was kind and professional taking blood from someone who gets nervous and uncomfortable easily. Not only did she make sure to talk me through every step, but she made sure I did not leave that office until I was feeling 100% okay. She clearly treats her patients like they are her own, and I am extremely appreciative for that. All nurses should be more like her!
