The treatment in this clinic is the worst, I don't know how this is open to the public and there is no way for them to respect customers. Customer service is less than 100 stars, (all staff) they believe that because we don't have enough money and we can't go to a better place, it gives them the right to treat us like ignorant. $500 in the trash in one day; my heart sad and disappoint… God forget you… 💔

Just left there right now, the girl in the front was the only professional one, I gave the stars for her. I went for a refill on my inhaler and because I've been feeling anxiety. As I was telling the doctor my symptoms he started talking about a medication and than stopped and ask..do you want it or not? I was like...1. You're the doctor not me. 2. I told you my symptoms you should know if I need it or not. Than the skinny female nurse came to give me an injection, after laying in the bed she just pulled my pants from one side, they had always asked me to pull my pants from the side, never had no one did that before. It was so uncomfortable, besides that she was rushing like if she was gonna be late to go somewhere. We come here because we need too, not to bother the nurses or doctors. Every work place needs to have manners and respect towards others.

3 hour wait just to get my results read to me. It’s ridiculous honestly there’s 3 people in the waiting area. But aside from that the first time I came the male doctor who took care of me was rude I asked him questions and he gave me responses with a ugly personality acting like I was suppose to know the answers to what I asked him. The Receptionist in the front with highlights gives off a miserable vibe like she doesn’t want to be there. The male nurse who helped me was friendly and helpful so not everything was bad but Everything taken into consideration I wouldn’t come back here.

First time at the clinic and my experience was fair. Front desk jumps straight to the point of your visit, professional. Nurse male is nice and helpful. The wait is first come first serve. You wait for the doctor but it’s worth it, doctor is super nice and gives the best advice. Overall I am satisfied with the service given at the clinic.
