I Love Pho!!! This is one of the best places around. I haven't been there after covid but I'm hoping its the same. Recommend 10/10

This was our first visit. We had the summer rolls and Pho Palace bowl (pho, shrimp, pork). It came with a plate of sprouts, jalapeño slices, basil, and lime wedges. The added flavors and textures just added to an already delicious dish. The lime gave it a nice citrus 'brightness' against the rich broth. We will most definitely be returning. I can't wait to try something else from their menu.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! The service was horrible and the staff were rude and very unprofessional. Our total was $30.46 and so we paid $40.46. My husband and I were waiting for the waitress to bring back our change and she never did! That’s when we decided to go up to the register because we waited for more than five minutes already! We told the old lady at the front register that we hadn’t received our change yet and that’s when the lady said the waitress thought we didn’t want the change back and that the change would be her tip. That’s when the old lady had the audacity to say to us “you have to tell her you want the change back” and since when did we have to tell our server we want our change back? Shouldn’t they automatically bring it back to us? That’s when the old lady went to go look for the waitress so that she can ask why we didn’t receive our change yet and the waistress was apparently hiding. Once the lady found her, the waitress gonna say “yeah they need $10 change back.” So the waitress knew what she was doing and she was trying to secretly take our money, that’s why she was hiding in the back room. That’s when we finally got our change back and the old lady told us we need to tip the server and so we did. The old lady was very rude and demanded we tip more and she was trying to start a problem with my husband and I when we have our one year old daughter with us!!!! We tip based on the sevice and they did not deserve a big tip at all! They need to be grateful they got something rather than nothing. Overall, we’re never going there ever again!!!

Never been to a Vietnamese restaurant before but a friend suggested this place and I'm glad we tried it! Food and service were great! And the waitress Mary was perfect and patient with our lack of knowledge. She described all the foods excellently. Definitely coming back! I got steamed dumplings and pho ga.
