Only went for pool great 0l and good vibes... Drinks could be stronger but the finals was on.. so I had a great night out

Fun atmosphere. Great staff. Food has been hit or miss but still decent every time. Be careful if you are playing pool or ping pong, they charge what seems like per person. I still don't understand the charges.

Opening Day for the Orioles was a wonderful day at Top Hats. There were 16 of us at tables. We want to commend Anna L who not only took super care of us but, was the only staff member working the bar area and all of the tables. She was truly amazing and worked so hard to keep up with food and drinks not only for us but the entire bar area. Many thanks Anna for making our day so special on Opening Day. The perfect place to watch a game, eat good food, drinks, and to be served by an incredible staff member! Kudos Anna L for a job perfectly done! 🖤🧡⚾️👏👍

I love their strawberry lemonade cocktails. They have really cool snacks also late menu options. All servers are friendly and nice. We usually play pool and ping pong. Pool tables are pretty dirty especially small tables, need to be cleaned. I believe they will take care of it soon. We love to hangout and have fun in this place. Last weekend there is a live band. All of a sudden one bodyguard hold some skinny guest from his neck and lift him up and yell at him “ get the f.. out here”. I was shocked. In front of people you can not behave someone like that. It was not pleasant to stay for us. Because of this incident we left. Bodyguards have to change their style to protect the place. Instead of protecting place they made a scene.They can not behave like that and bother people yelling or fighting inside. If somebody would like to have fun out there be careful about bodyguards they might grab someone’s neck right next to you!
