5/23/22: I stopped going here but recently try to give them another go. I have been five times and The pizza and sandwiches are always burned or too dry; the bread on the chicken sandwiches are always too hard. I wasted money on them. They have the heat turned up too high but you mention it to the cashiers they don’t even acknowledge that. They keep sale signs up when the item is not on sale anymore; which can cause confusion at checkout. This place is just gross. The windows are filthy and the floor is always nasty. Today was my last time I shop here. I will just walk over to the hospital they have a gift shop which has plenty of coffees and snacks to choose from. 8/21: Lacking good customer service, pizza is usually burnt. The employees are not nice. It can be on many occasions dirty inside.

Local to the University of Maryland hospital. This 7-11 smells like a wet cigarette ash tray. No newspapers for sale.

The third shift cashier is a lovely young lady who has a tough store to deal with, people trying to shoplift, and people stealing the ATM!!! However, she is graceful under pressure, respectful to all, and tough as nails when needed. You need more like her!!!

This better than your typical downtown 7-11 store, has all the soda and coffee options you could want from a 7-11 and five Slurpee options. The hot food area seems to be kept well stocked, as are the doughnuts and packaged items. The store is always clean and bright inside. Stopping regularly in the morning, I have only once seen an uncleaned spill (it's possible it just happened). And the hot food always appears to look good, or as good at 7-11 hot food looks. The few times I've gotten the hot food, it tasted as expected. The staff is always friendly and always seems to be working. The one recommendation I'd give management is to ensure at least two staff members are behind the counter from 7-9 am, the busiest time. Sometimes they are stocking or cleaning, and do quickly come to the counter when the line builds up. But when everyone is rushing, it's better they just be there. Stocking and cleaning can wait until after the morning rush.
