The food was excellent burger came med rare without asking for it!!, and while the service was not bad...I'd be pressed to call it good.

Food okay; service slow. Seated. 15 minutes before drink order taken, another 5 minutes for 1 beer and waters to arrive. First beer incorrect, even AFTER discussion. Sat near the entry, multiple groups walked away as no evidence of servers or bartenders for ~5 minutes. When someone came out, told 15 minute wait. Over half of seating area open, but noticed shift change taking place so assume that is why they were willing to turn customers away. Would go elsewhere especially if in a hurry and want good service.

I had an amazing experience there earlier this week, with all credit going to my server Lillian. I was traveling with my three naughty, not very well behaved kids drop them off with their fathers for the summer. Security was a mess like usual so we were in a bit of a hurry. I didn’t have a chance to feed them before we left so they were starving and I needed a drink. Traveling with bratty kids will do that to you. I love Greene Turtle so I was happy to see they have an airport location. We were seated right away and Lillian greeted us. She was pleasant from the start and just the cutest little thing. She helped me decide on a nice strong drink because traveling with brats will do that to ya. She also brought out some coloring sheets and crayons for them. When they started fighting over the colors, she patiently brought out more and didn’t say a word. Her mom must have some brats at home, too. All in all, great experience, and Lillian made this annoying part of the day much more bearable.

Food was good, but almost missed my flight! Ordered the pork sandwich for takeout. Very nice waitress told me it would take around 15 minutes. Ended up taking 45 minutes, with me reminding her multiple times + her checking with the kitchen. She even waited there for 5 minutes, and they didnt get it done. Finally, had the manager come up and she was able to get the kitchen to give the order. Too bad it was tacos (wrong order), but I had to run to my plane's last call. A refund would be most appreciated, given the trouble and that I should have walked off with no food
