Great bowling alley for family fun! Dry county so no alcohol, clean tables, clean bathrooms. Balls seemed organized by weight. Kinda shame they won't let a 13 yr old use bumpers but not an actual issue. Would return.

(Reading👀 some of these reviews) I'm ashamed to say I havnt bowled in years, but when I did, I always did prefer SHL🎳 ( I'm talkin' as far back as the 70s & 80s, and into the early 2000s ) instead of "that other place" on the north side of Hanover ... price💲-wise, atmosphere🎈🤹♂️🕺🤹♂️🎈-wise, food🍔🍟🍦-wise, cleanliness-wise, and pretty much all around-wise!🤷♂️ Of course, and thankfully🙌, the "old" SHL has been vastly revitalized under Randy-&-Debbie's wise stewardship into a 'good clean happy fun', family-oriented bowling establishment the south Hanover area can be very proud of! The nice treatment everyone is given is merely a testament to their innate Christian values and beliefs. To them, "all that glitters is not gold" ... and I personally and strongly commend them for forgoing the extra revenue💲💲 they might generate by peddling booze🚫🍻 🤚😝 to their customers. Thus, ensuring a nice, worry-free venue for all bowlers👨👩👴👵, the Hanover area's impressionable youth👧👦👨🎓👩🎓, and especially our young families👶👨👩👦👦👼 Needless to say *IF*🤷♂️⁉️ ... and *WHEN*🤔⁉️ ... I ever go bowling again, it'll always be South Hanover Lanes🎳 where I'm headed🚘 ... and I hope you feel likewise❗❗❗😏👍👍 《 Maybe see you soon?!?, Randy-&-Debbie ☺😊🤗 》

Randy and Debbie the two who run the bowling alley are so friendly and helpful you are always welcome and cared for and about. I take my son there every Saturday he gets to bowl 3 games and get a little instruction from Randy on how to become a better bowler. I recommend this place if you are looking for a family friendly experience. I will never go to another bowling alley besides this one. They have a snack bar at decent prices and they don't serve alcohol which I appreciate it makes it more fun bowling

I would give it 3 stars for the experience, but that's just my personal opinion. Four stars because there wasn't anything "technically" wrong with the place. My friend and I went for glow bowling on a Saturday night, which just started back up again. We chose this place since it was cheaper than Hanover Bowling Centre (which is $65 for glow bowling, and with just 2 of us that wouldn't have been worth it). We called ahead and reserved a lane since that was recommended online, however it was dead when we got there with only 2 other groups there/3 other lanes in use. The place is small compared to other bowling alleys, but it wasn't an issue since it wasn't busy. My biggest complaint is they played Kids Bop music and 90s/2000s slow songs (such as I Hope You Dance - Lee Ann Womack) the entire time! It just wasn't what I expected out of glow bowling and have never been to a bowling alley quite like this one before. Others I have been to have large TV screens; loud, current pop music; and more of a "glow" theme. Don't get me wrong, I would have given this place 5 stars if I went and had taken young children with me, but that's not the case and the atmosphere I was expecting. I don't think it needed to be like a club scene or blasting expletives in every song, but it just wasn't what I anticipated. At first we thought the songs were just cover versions until we realized every song was not the original and was highly censored. Great atmosphere for kids and families, not great if you are looking for an adult night out!

We were also not able to find prices on their website so we called and asked. The prices are very reasonable and fair. I'd tell you the price but it's been months and it slips my memory.
