BEWARE! Their return policy is ridiculous. They would not accept return even if the product is faulty. I bought a new Hobart meat slicer which costs almost 10k. It was new product and turned out it has a problem. They said I have to contact Hobart, the manufacturer because it's not their fault. I had to use warranty and give my credit card information to Hobart and wait for the technician for almost 3-4 weeks. This store doesn't take any responsibility for selling faulty product except giving me the phone number of Hobart (I can google that too). Their excuse is that its Hobart's fault. But why you sell the faulty products in the first place and make me deal with warranty and repair? I bought a new product, they should accept return and use the warranty on their hands. They don't really care after they sell the product.
