In general IHOP is a good place. For this specific location they got nearly everything wrong about my wife's order, which required multiple requests to finally get it right. We won't be going back to this location.

Only two couples in front of us. Had a 30min wait. The Waffle combo came out raw, even though I asked for well done waffle. It took 10min minutes to get a refill on drinks. Not so great overall

There was a male staff that had excellent service. Really make you feel warm and welcomed. Food is good of course

We ordered over the phone to pick it up. The order was ready on time but wasn't right. I wasn't there during the order process, so I don't know where communication broke down, but after seeing the bill I did notice that they charged most of the items alacarte when there were premade combos with the same items. 10 to 12 dollars difference in the price. As far as the food it self was great everything was hot and tasted good. Props to the cooks. So take from this what you will. I myself will go back. I will pay a little closer attention
