Came here in early October to get a helix piercing from Vicki. Everything went smoothly from booking to the actual appointment. She explained everything well and was available even after the appointment when I had a question about changing my earring out for a smaller one. Second appointment for the earring change also went very well — I was in and out. Great service. Thanks Vicki!!
