The last professional experience I believe is possible. The people inside are incompetent, unprofessional, downright rude awful people. The manager refuses to try and help anyone she feels isn't rich enough. You cant contact anyone if you need help with something. Their mobile banking website is atrocious. All around no good part to banking with the institution.

I dont know if there is a minimum balance to open an account. They do charge a monthly fee if you dont have over a certain amount in the account at the beginning of the month
