Tried to reserve a room on a Monday 8/1/22 explained my husband is handicap and has a service dog. The woman (Jessica she says her name is) asked me if I had our service dogs registered paperwork, I explained I do have it on my husbands phone who is waiting in the vehicle while I register. I also asked her multiple times if she knew it’s illegal to ask for the paperwork, she said she did know it was illegal. I proceeded to ask her why she was wanting the documentation, she explained because people lie because they don’t want to pay extra for their pets. I then felt like she was accusing me of lying to her about my husbands medical condition MS and his service dog. She then books me a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator only stairs. The parking lot had 2 vehicles in the entire lot and I was told that is the only room they have. No thank you, we will take our business elsewhere where, where we are not discriminated against! We found a clean, cheaper, more hospitality, and friendlier service across the highway at SureStay owned by Best Western.

It was very pricey for the area & the condition of the room. The room seemed clean, but in great need of basic repairs & maintenance.

Terrible experience, I had so much noise from the room upstairs that I couldn't sleep. I called reception and asked them if they can ask this people with dogs and kids in the room to stop making noise at night, finally I choose to change my room at nite 2am and by that time I was so wide awake that I could sleep the whole night.

Hard to rate cause they sold out of rooms while I was in line to get one. However, the parking lot is bad and the lobby looks nothing like this. Very run down and dingy
