I don't understand how this location has almost 5 stars. BUT. My 1 star is because the severe lack of professionalism and customer service. I went to this Arco last Friday. Got charged 5 times, so they owe me money. Everyone I spoke to was RUDE, kept interrupting me, called me a liar, hung up on me. I have bank transactions to prove I was charged incorrectly and that they owe me money. They did not care and did not want to help me. I asked the owner several times are you going to help me and he said "no I will not help you, I dont know if you even came to my store." I said I will have to call my bank and my lawyer, he said "yes call your bank and your lawyer and get you a cup of coffee." The WORST Arco and I will NEVER return. Thanks for taking my money during these hard times for all of us. Thanks for nothing.
