The maintenance men Eesbian Juan and Lou are the best they're extremely professional they get the job done not only do they get it done perfectly but they get it done in a timely matter it's so much appreciated that every time I know that if something is going to need fixing or need to be done in this apartment they're there to do it thank you so much you guys for doing an outstanding job.❤️❤️❤️

I hope Steve does something about that noisy neighbor who plays his bass all day long. From 8 in the morning until 1 and sometime 3 in the morning. Everybody pays rent and we all have the right to enjoy our apartments in peace. Several other neighbors have complained but nothing has been done. I suggest you do an investigation and have someone walk the ground every so often and keep tabs on that neighbor who plays loud music and bass.

The maintenance here is outstanding. They not only keep the grounds looking great, but for repairs they are come out and take care in a timely manner. My daughter and I appreciate that!

I just moved from the Villas at Rowland Heights. Final check out day, April 30, 2021. I'm extremely grateful to Ms. Kim Young, gave me an opportunity to rent apartment - L-108. I live there for six years. The property management staff - Steve Chong, Judy, Emily and Katrina were very kind and generous with there time and support with everything I needed regarding apartment repairs and assistance with documentation updates and receipts.
