An exceptionally clean motel! The service was prompt. I appreciated the option for the pool, and did use the workout room and breakfast in the morning. The single room was very spacious and had two sinks, and plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. The shower had awesome pressure and was as hot as I wanted. Thanks for the ease of check in late at night!

Ill keep this review short and sweet. This one star hotel works perfect for a day or two stay. We chose to stay in a smoking room this time and for a smoking room it didn't smell too bad. There was a strong smell of deodorizer which covered the smell fairly well. There was only nicotine stains on the dryer cord and the bathroom door. However the rest of the inside was clean. A few cigerette burns on the carpet. Surley not the fault of the owners. The AC worked so well in the 98 degree heat , that we had to turn the air back up it got so cold. The fridge , TV and all lighting worked just fine. The only thing that one may not like which I had no issues with ,were the few crickets that made their way inside due to the doors seal not sealing well enoough. They did die right near the doorway, so that indicates to me, they spray for pests and it's working. No bed bugs and no other issues found. I'd say for the price, don't pass this place up!

The room was comfortable, clean & moderately priced. I stayed 2 nights & was charged $86/night. I am a professional business traveler. The female(manager?) at the the front desk was polite and courteous to me during both of my meetings with her. The male (manager?) was in contrast, not courteous to me. He refused to speak when I greeted him politely in the hallway twice & glared at me with what I felt was a hateful look. The only thing he said to me during my stay here was that my children were making too much noise in our car as we were departing the property for an afternoon outing(approx 1:00 pm). It is important to remember that ALL customers are deserving of respect when they are respectfully patronizing your business & spending money with you. Although the hotel is located in a small, rural MO town, you're serving a broad customer base from a variety of places, backgrounds and experiences. Customers are sensitive to how they are treated when conducting business with you. Please be mindful of facial expressions, actions and how they appear to others. Staring and frowning at someone you do not know, who has done nothing to you and not speaking when greeted politely comes across as rude. I wish your business the best and ask for consideration & improvement in the areas I referenced above.
