The Sierra Madre Library is the best. It may be small but one can always find what they need. The staff there is so friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever win the lottery, the SM Library will definitely get a big chunk of money from me.

Yes. Bring them to the Friends of the Sierra Madre Library drop off on the south side of the building. They give the library first choice for their DVD and CD circulation. The others are sold to benefit the Friends.
