Wow I just called for a consult. First off receptionist was pleasant but made me repeat myself. No active listening skills. I was transferred to whom I asked for, I assume the attorney that previously left me a message (I won’t name ) He answered the phone saying “I really don’t know what this is about” and would not allow me a word as to why I was calling. He was rude and unprofessional. Don’t even bother calling these people.

I didn't want to believe the reviews. Didn't think anyone could be that horrible of a human. During the phone call, while in the middle of a sentence, they hung up on me. They asked me to explain, then 30 seconds later...click.

Tried calling & said that i would get a call back & never did. When I called again they asked me to explain again & they don't let you finish explaining your situation when they respond with "we don't do that here." Horrible receptionist & not professional at all. Makes you question what they actually do there?

The women who answered the phone didn’t want to help me and tried to tell me harassment is only about the gender or the age. Harassment comes in many forms. She didn’t let me explain my case at all. My situation has caused emotional stress to my life and she was not in any way sympathetic or phased by someone calling and asking for help. I felt like such a burden to someone I spoke to for only 45 seconds..

My employer told me I dont get double time pay because at midnight the next workday starts so I go back to regular pay at that point even if i work a continuous shift through midnight. Is that true?

Thank you for thinking of us. You should call the office directly. It would be a breach of attorney client privilege to post an answer. This is something we could handle.

Do you work for employees regarding demotions while on FMLA. And a Dr note regarding on call Notenote

If an employee is not returned to a comparable position after FMLA there might be a case. The way the courts are, comparable means there is a pay cut. On Call is a separate issue we do a lot of cases on, and encourage anybody who was not paid for being on-call to contact our office at 877-525-0700.
