Going on three weeks no trash pick up heard the driver complaining about to many cans the last time he picked up our trash three weeks ago and that was three weeks late too so that guy knows if they picked up on time consistently instead of every other week or three weeks or then there would be less to pick up .

I had been a customer with Tanner since 2008 and just recently canceled my trash service with them because of poor customer service from waste management I went to Republic trash service who has excellent customer service

this is from Elsie Fry, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in your service's this is just my 2nd month with you all & it's Saturday & is still NOT picked up, same thing last week accept they did pick it up on Sat. morn. only had pick 2 day's out of 5 week's with your service's if it doesn't improve I WILL GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, Very Unhaapy Customer.

Why isn't there a no star option? Absolutely awful business. We're still getting charged pickups from them AND WE DON'T EVEN USE THEIR SERVICES!!! It's a constant run around. No contract was signed, we simply called and asked about pricing and when we could get a dumpster. We called back and told them we would be going with a different company but we still get monthly bills. There is no urgency to correct this mistake on their part and the customer service is absolutely awful. Their drivers are terrible and have been in several accidents, one very recently with a family friend of mine. I would never recommend them to anybody.
