This location is hands down the best PLS branch I’ve been to. The customer service is always professional. The store manager Jose is always pleasant and helpful. Everyone there is always making sure the line is moving and that the customers are served in a timely manner. My favorite agent is Detra. She gets you taken care of and if there is any issue she is going to do her best to solve your problem. I drive an extra 15/20 minutes just to go to this location. Inglewood PLS is LIT !

As a rule,I enjoy the service and convenience of your service.Always polite and good customer service🤔But lately due to new hires,I have witnessed and was subjected to VERY rude and disrespectful service by several young female employees.These individuals,acted like even lifting a pen for me or punching a keypad,was a huge INCONVENIENCE FOR THEM😳Even witnessed one of these Individuals verbally tell a customer " that they where getting on their nerves"! Wow,after witnessing these Ugly displays of customer service! I believe I will take my business To another Branch🤔To help with your EXPERIENCE FELLOW CUSTOMERS "avoid employee NINA" "WAIT FOR ANOTHER ASSOCIATE" It will be worth the wait!👍✌️🙏
