We've been going there for quite a while and they're usually pretty good, especially with children. Their price is fairly high for what you get in return. Though they do have regular coupons, if you go at the right time. My most recent experience though was less than great. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance and was called just a few days before hand so they could tell me that they were going to have to reschedule. I am only available 3 days a week and none of those days worked for them so i was forced to cancel my appointment. Fairly unprofessional and they offered no possible other resolutions. I would only recommend them if you have a very flexible schedule.

We took our 5 month old to get his pictures taken yesterday & it was the farthest thing from ideal. The photographer kept getting impatient & frustrated with him. He’s usually a very happy, smiley baby but he’s never had pictures taken & was teething, so he was upset at first. At one point, she let him lick the dirty floor & took pictures of him with his mouth on the floor! It was very unprofessional & I was disgusted with how she treated my baby.

DO NOT GO HERE. The employees are super friendly but they have no comprehension of basic respect, professionalism, and customer service etiquette. The wrong item was there when I arrived to pick up my photo package, and an hour and 45 minutes later all i had done was stand there while the employee texted her supervisor and told me she didn’t know what to do. She literally sat there tapping her fingers on the counter while I continuously offered suggestions, attempting to work with her as easily as possible. If the appropriate product comes, I would think you would have a great experience. There prices are super reasonable, especially when running a special. (look in Groupon for deals!) If anything is wrong with your order , be prepared to spend 5+hours coming to a resolution. Ps: my best advice is to call customer service. Don’t even bother resolving an issue in the studio- because the employees seem clueless. I will certainly never return again. And this is why I recommend paying the extra money for professionals who are trained. When getting photos, it should be a fun and memorable experience. The only thing I remember is how frustrating this process was to get the item I was promised, and how much valuable time I have lost through all of this.

I would give it zero stars if I could! We had an appointment at 10:30 on a Saturday. Purposely because we had a 3 year old. We arrived 15 min early and was told that they were running behind (already?!) and our time would be closer to 10:45. As we sat there I heard 3 other families come in stating they had an appointment for 10:30. Now, they only have 2 rooms soo........ We finally got called to come back (around 11:00) only to find out that gosh, wouldn't you know, the background I picked was only in one room. So, I can continue to wait or change the background. We changed the background. The photographer had major problems with the camera. It wasn't flashing so none of the pictures were turning out. She had to stop and start about 3-4 times. I said probably 15 times they were for Christmas so please get the Christmas props out. She handed my son a broken ornament. That was it. My husband finally dragged a tree over himself which she ended up cutting out of the photo anyway. All in all we were there for THREE hours. Completely wasted a day there. All the pictures were TERRIBLE. I spent no money and walked out frustrated. They offered me 2 free sheets due to the camera problems. But, when every picture is awful, thanks but no thanks. We scheduled with a different portrait studio the following weekend and i GLADLY spent $200 on photos from them. We will never be coming back.
