I was eating my double cheeseburger, when I felt a hair in my mouth. I was praying that it was mine. But surely it wasn’t. My hair is shoulder length. My sisters was with me and hers is shorter then the hair found in the food. Also I had the bags folded up the whole way home. And the cheeseburgers come wrapped anyway. I get accidents happen. But it’s crazy because when I was inside waiting on my food, I saw two gentleman with long hair shoulder length who didn’t have it pulled back. I thought that’s how hair ends up in food. One was on the grill the other doing the fry’s. The one on the grill stopped and pushed his hair back with his glove and didn’t change it. Went right back to handling the food. Also the women in the store had their hair in pony tails. The men should be made too also. Then these things could be prevented. I called the store and told the worker. I said I just wanted to make them aware so they can prevent it in the future. He apologized which I felt was sincere, and asked if I would like my meal replaced. I said no thank you. By this time my stomach had turned and I’d lost my appetite. I know it happens time to time. But they need to Atleast try to prevent it.

Food was fast and order was accurate. The drive thru cashier was very nice and took the time to help me with using my McDonald's app. The app is great. I get special deals using it and exclusive coupons. Getting occasional free items with my rewards points is awesome!

Wasnt even busy, got the order wrong, and even though I ordered chicken nuggets WITH sauce, apparently they thought I shouldn't have sauce with my nuggets.... who eats nuggets without sauce... Then charged me extra for Ronald McDonald house after I said no. very dissatisfied 😠
