It was awful! Never got 5 ice creams and had to go back and ask. Ordered a chicken strip kids meal and got a cheeseburger instead. Chicken tenders.were barely warm. Hamburger was cold. Fries not fresh. The cashier was wearing house slippers 🤦🏽♂️

Staff has zero knowledge of hygiene etiquette and zero listening skills! Asked for a spoon and the staff member hands it to me holding the spoon from the bowl end instead of the handle, without gloves. Asked for a small kid sized cone and was given a large.

Nope. Hasn't happened to me ever there. I eat there about twice a week. Could be just unlucky or I enjoy extra protein in my food. 😊
