I checked in at a nasty front desk area. Lady working was great. Stairs going up to room, rusted and unsafe. Door faded and chipped paint. Room nastier. Checked out immediately. No refund. I reached out to Expedia, the hotel, and Motel 6 headquarters. No offer of 100.00 refund. Poor customer service.

Stopped here with my sister just to get a quick rest. They charge a $50 deposit, which I don't understand because if someone actually damaged one of their rooms that's not going to cover much. Bed was less than desirable. Pillows were so flat that I was glad I had my own for the road trip. Constant noise of other guests through the wall and in the parking lot. Glad we don't have much further to go so we can take turns driving and napping because we sure didn't get any rest there. Would not recommend.

Clean and repaired room. Motel being refurbished and it appears they are doing a good job. The hard part was a $50 deposit charged to my card. No receipt offered, but they said they would credit me when the maid clears the room for damage. I think that clearance should be in person on check out. So, I am hoping for the best. $138.00 is quite expensive for one night in Motel 6 . I am hoping for a clearance notice today. This process is just plain bad business for customer satisfaction. Come see my room when I check out and give me a proper receipt. Noone in the office this AM. Am hoping for the best.

The price you see on maps is bait. We got offered a two bed room for$30 more than what was shown. We got to the room and it was one bed. Went back to the desk who denied saying it was two bed and charged us even more for the two bed room. No hair dryer, no shampoo, the shower curtain is too small and because of this there is mold or mildew on the walls where the water splashes out. The pillows are the cheapest Walmart has to offer. Other than that the room was nice but this was no plus $100 room or experience.
