Maybe it's just me but it seems pizza hut has changed the quality of the products on their menu. Hadn't been since before the pandemic and stopped in for my old favorite meatlovers pizza and breadsticks. I was terribly underwhelmed with everything, the sauce provided with the breadsticks was the consistency of water. The pizza was cooked perfectly but the taste was just off like they replaced all the ingredients with knockoff bargain brands, it was nothing like I remember and barely had enough cheese to partially cover some of the ingredients. I never thought I would say this but Domino's pizza and other menus items beat this place by a mile, don't think I will return to pizza hut, kinda sad it used to be my favorite. On top of the food issues they had one waitress running her tail off taking care or the 9 or 10 tables, needless to say when she dropped off the food she didn't return once to check on the food or if we needed refills or anything else till she dropped the check off for us to pay, it was a very disappointing visit. The only good part of the visit was me realizing how much better Domino's is in every measurable way.

Wrong price on advertised special, dirty table, snotty waitress, bill over charged, pizza was under cooked waitress reply was " sorry about that". Worst pizza place in town! Won't be back, do NOT recommend!

The last time we were there they didn’t wear gloves when prepping food. It was winter so the cook had on a hoodie and failed to push up sleeves so the ends were touching food. Long hair wasn’t tied up or netted. Salad bar ran out during dinner rush and was told they wouldnt be restocking it. We haven’t been back since.

My friend and I are traveling by motorcycle from Charleston, SC to Sturgis, SD. We arrived at Pizza Hut hot, tired and hungry. We were met with a nice smile and pleasant greeting while being seated. Service was quick and frequently returning for refills.
