I just move here on February and I love it the lady’s from the office are the best they are so helpful and friendly. And maintenance guy is the best he fix everything really fast. They are really good at there job

Went apartment hunting and came across Greenway at Carol Stream. The lady that helped me was helpful! I was concerned with her coworker that was coughing up a storm and blowing her nose in the back. With the Coronavirus around it made me a bit uncomfortable. They should take extra serious precautions.

My husband and I are thinking about moving here ! I talked with Christine in the management office , she is such a doll ! She explain everything so well , answer every question I had . She provided all the information I needed , she was amazing! She was so welcoming , kind and professional . I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable talking with her . She made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the prices , the living conditions , the requirements and qualifications so we won’t waste our time filling out a application and touring the place . My experience with just a phone conversation was excellent. From online their community looks great ! Looking forward to moving here !!!!!! Thanks Christine ! You’re exceptional!

I am now in college, but prior to this my mother and Ilived in these apartments after moving from our house. We lived in the apartments for about 4 months and were very satisfied with how everything was playing out in the first 4 months. It was not until about a month ago there was an awful smell in the hallway of my apartment floor. We just continued to ignore it until the smell started to come through into our apartment. If you don't know what I mean by awful smell I mean that it was like a skunk smell. I am not going to say exactly what it is but if you can put two and two together then that is exactly what it is. We then called multiple times to see what the problem was and was told that whatever my neighbors were doing was not allowed in the apartments and they were going to take care of it. Okay after time goes by we start to smell even more than we did before. I have serious health conditions which prohibits me from even being around all of the problems that came with this smell, and it just felt like they did not care. They came and sealed our door after we had to call again. Even. after the sealed door the smell is still coming into the apartment. I hated leaving my apartment because it just smelled like weed all over the place. It was embarrassing to even have people come over. I couldn't even walk to the front of my own apartment (the kitchen and living room) because it smelled so heavily of weed, and now the smell is reaching my bedroom. We can't escape the smell, not even in our own unit. Maintenance is doing an amazing job trying to control this situation the best they can by sealing doors, but it just doesn't seem to work. You would think if something wasn't allowed that they would be told to stop. It has gotten to the point where almost everyone in this building has complained at least 5 times about the smell. Families have children and their children are walking around smelling this nonsense. I feel like management is doing everything but telling the people to just STOP. I am beyond angry and embarrassed. Don't get me wrong they are nice people, but I just feel like they are not accommodating to everyone. If you say something is not allowed then get it to stop. It has gotten to the point where we threw up because the smell was SO horrible. This is not a review to completely bash the management because we did have an amazing 4 months in the beginning, but this is just a problem we have called multiple times about and it just seems to be getting worse.

Doesn't matter where you live you're always gonna have that bad apple. I don't have that problem in my section. I've heard things occasionally but it's very rare. I highly recommend this complex.
