I’ve lived here 4 years when Carrie and Christopher were over it never had any issues. Always polite and professional. Kept the hallways clean. Fixed anything in a timely manner if you were having issues. Since the new people took over they’re very unprofessional and rude. Hung up the phone while I was trying to get a problem resolved. Don’t make sure the hallways are cleaned. I had to put in a work/ maintenance order for that and it still took weeks for them to send someone after I called about it prior to the maintenance order! On top of that you can’t just drop in the office because they’re barley in office during business hours like they should be

Very noisy place to live! When I first moved here; evryone was nice and seemed very concerned about their tenants. That soon changed! When you call about the noise from other apartments, they say that its nothing that they can do. Im ALWAYS tired due to the noise or the front door constantly open and closing do to the in and out traffic. Or even the noise cause maintenance is always fixing on something!!! Not for the working class! Update: 9 months later and worse than ever!!! They now have roaches and it has now become a mini "project"! Its CONSTANT traffic!!!! No!

Carrie Womack was great with showing the property and assisting me with information. She was very professional and I’m definitely renting! Edit: I was going to wait at least a few months to update but this couldn’t wait! The agents here are fantastic! If you have an issue they will truly work with you to resolve it. There’s no judgment and they are so kind! I know this property has a lot of positive reviews but you can trust them all! I’m so happy with my experience so far.

The staff worked to satisfy every call that I made. I never had any major issues with the complex at all. Every concern was addressed almost immediately. I would definitely recommend anyone to have their family to live in any of the apartments they manage
