The friendliest customer service at the drive through today. Tyla took my order and was super wholesome and kind. My drink was delicious, too.

This location exceeds expectations in customer service. I asked them to write happy birthday on my girlfriend’s coffee cup and they happily obliged. And then gave her a free breakfast sandwich from an order that was incorrect. I’ve also had them write something on another cup last year around summer time. Thank you so much to the employees for going that extra mile. It really made her day!

I hadn’t taken one drink of it yet, but I noticed it was super light in weight. I get home and open my lid and the cup is literally half full. I go to this starbucks all the time and never have had an issue like this, but I’m not impressed with whoever did this tonight.

This location has become faster for drive thru service. I don't go inside. Since the new location opened on the other side of town, I generally visit it due to speed in the drive thru. I'm glad the speed has improved. Employees are always friendly. Edit on 5/24/19: This place is so spotty with service. Sometimes it is fast and then sometimes it is extremely slow. Also, twice in the last 3 months they have been out chocolate chips for Frappuccinos. They are out of the stoppers for hot drinks constantly. Edit on 12/3/19: Went here tonight and Adam was super nice in drive thru. I got my wife a Carmel brulee and when I took it inside to the wife I noticed it felt light. I popped the lid off and it was no where close to the top of the container. Employees are still super friendly!
