This place is awesome. The guys who run the store are the nicest guys. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My son and I went to check them out. He ended up buying a really cool automatic pistol. We will definitely be coming back for everything we need for air soft stuff. Thank you guys so much and keep up the great work.

Awesome place. I came in right at closing time and they were accommodating and let me in. I was in a rush to buy a new set of magazines and BBs. I bought the magazines, walked out, and realized I forgot to get the BBs! They let me back in and handled it quickly. Awesome store with a great environment. I’ll let you guys know how SC Village was too!

UPDATED 12/20 Went in today and the experience was actually pretty good compared to the last few times. (also depends who helps you out and how busy it is; some of the workers can have a cold personality). The employee who helped me today was warm, receptive, and knowledgeable. Upgrading to 4 Stars. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS EVERYTHING! Honestly felt like the place had gone down hill since Brian the old manager left. This place did not always have what I was looking for like Evike but I still bought several airsoft guns from him because he took the TIME to help me out whether I was buying a bottle of BBs, a VFC Avalon, or nothing at all. I used to come at least once a week but now it is once a month. I support local businesses but this is usually my second stop AFTER hitting up Paintball Gateway and Airsoft in Temecula off Jefferson where I have never had a bad experience (those people are chill and treat you the same whether you buy something or not). This new crew including the manager is fairly young and may not fully understand what customer service is (To be fair to the employees it could be due to lack of training, high turnover, and aggressive sales targets). Regardless, like a lot of people have recently said; it unfortunately feels at times like I am at a cut-throat pushy car dealership now. I have been a Customer Service and Brand Manager before and my advice is TREAT EVERYONE LIKE THEIR TIME IS AS IMPORTANT AS YOURS (BECAUSE IT IS); also a “Now Serving” Numbering System like Evike and the DMV have would help in busy times.

Good experience, the staff was very nice and helpful, I am new to Airsoft and they were very helpful in finding me a gun to suit my needs, even though it did cost more than I expected to spend, because I initially thought I was going to get a lancer tactical, however after looking at reviews for different types and brands of guns I decided to go with their recommendation and get a krytac, and I have to say I am very satisfied , I’ve been using the gun for a solid month and a half now and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, there’s a wide selection and a very helpful, honest staff.
