Was good location. Interesting site with old barns cribs good decor and history. Would go back for other events. Looks like great place for weddings receptions and other events.

Had a graduation party and the venue was perfect for our afternoon celebration. The outside area between the two buildings was great for yard games and high school students and kids to hangout together. Dorothy was very accommodating and helpful!

My daughter had her wedding at The Old Rugged Barn over Memorial Day weekend 2022. The barn had many original and rustic decorations and we were able to add our own also. My daughter had a plan and Dorothy helped her see it to fruition. We had approximately 90 guests seated comfortably and brought in our own DJ. The room converted quickly from ceremony to food service. We were able to come in the day before to prepare the tables and decorations, so the wedding day was mainly finishing touches. There is plenty of beautiful shaded space for outdoor gathering. Areas from bridal party dressing as well as separate areas for the groomsmen. Dorothy was a joy to work with, very helpful and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend The Old Rugged Barn.

Dorothy at the Old Rugged Barn was such a pleasure to work with. The venue has many possibilities for weddings and receptions. Dorothy was very knowledgable about what works and what doesn't work at the venue. I don't know what we would have done without her the day of the wedding. I would definitely recommend Dorothy and the Old Rugged Barn!
