Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. They always get the order wrong and the manager thinks he makes up for it by calling you boss, some guy with a face piercing and a hand tattoo. The dude does'nt know how to Manage a team if he keeps allowing his employees to mess orders up like that. I rather not eat here anymore just because you tell em red they say blue you say no lettuce they say yes lettuce. Forget this Othello Mcdonalds.

To be honest food is great and some people can be nice. I got my order at the second window and then they told me to pull aside and wait for my Caramel frappe. IT TOOK OVER 20 MINUTES TO MAKE THIS FRAPPE. Also they should watch there workers and how they treat their customers. Many have attitudes and I understand people have bad days but no need to take it out on customers . Ridiculous.

It sucked cause every time we go get something its always wrong or the pop is flat or the tea not sweet this is like an all the time going on I just don't understand it all very disappointed at this mcdonald in Othello

They seem to always mess up the order. If they don’t mess up the order then you best believe something wrong will happen with your drinks. One time I asked for a sweet tea and they gave me coffee. I asked for bacon and no tomatoes yet they added the tomatoes and NO BACON. I’ve learned to really not to go to McDonald’s in Othello.
