I am very happy with the organic whole grain sent from you. Thank you for taking the risk and doing the work to farm and sell retail. I grind your White Wheat and Rye Berries 50/50 for my very filling hearty moist Buckwheat and seeds sourdough bread. Couldn't do it without you and only wish I could locally source some organic Buckwheat.

Fair warning - if you pay extra for UPS 3 Day Shipping don't expect to get it within 3 days. I won't receive my order until 6-7 days after I ordered it, even though I paid extra to have it delivered quickly. Bluebird Grain Farms told me it's not their problem and refuse to add this information to their website next to the option to upgrade to 3 Day Shipping. All I ask is that you specify on your site that UPS 3 Day Shipping refers to 3 business days, not 3 days, so other customers don't pay for the upgrade for nothing.

Great little family farm that sells high quality wheat berries directly to you.. All the varieties they sell are non hybrid,ancient types of wheat that are grown organic with traditional methods.They also mill to order if you prefer. Very reasonable prices for the quality. We haven't bought a bad product from them yet. Check them out!

Hi, shipping rates vary depending on weight. The most economical shipping rate is the usps flat rate box which ranges from around $14 to $21 dollars. You can fit up to 18 lbs of grain in the largest usps box. Thank you for your question.
Our whole grain Emmer farro should be stored in a sealed tight container in a cool environment. Because it is a whole grain there is not a concern that it will go bad it has its own natural storage capsule and protects it from air. The biggest concern is humidity and bugs getting into it. If you live in a humid environment and can not store it in a cool pantry then I recommend storing it in the freezer.
