Lane Campbell and his team are setting the standard in today's world of service. Guitar Center, Sweetwater (yes online sales) cannot do what these guys do: World Class Service. I personally had a small disagreement with Lane, however, he turned that negative situation into a positive the very next day. I do not want to go into detail here but all I can say is this man personally reached out to me (which he did not have to) and apologized for something that I would say we were both in the wrong about. Talk about pure sincerity and kindness from the heart. TJ and Lane and Sammy: When you read this I hope you smile. You gentleman are a truly a class act and I will never ever forget how you all shined in a world full of music stores that do not have the skills nor heart you all possess. I can never ever forget how you guys actually made me smile.

I bought my first Taylor guitar today. I had no intention of spending that much money but Susie was so knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. She sold me on this beauty. I'm looking forward to honing my skills. Thanks again for such a great experience and all of your help!!!

I've never shopped at Sam Ash before, but I was most satisfied with my initial experience. As a novice musician, I needed a lot of help. Two particular employees stand out; Lane Campbell and Jordan Ferreira. They were very patient and spent all the time with me that I needed. Extremely helpful. I won't go anywhere else!

Guitar strings ware out depending on your practice schedule. But they arent usually repaired but replaced. They are fairly inexpensive.

Hey KN. Im sure if you call tomorrow during business hours, yiu get all your questions answered. The only reed instrument i play is the harmonica, and i have to learn a way to restore those as the orices climb. I bought my Martin guitar and they are some experienced people fir sure.

Unsure of band instrument status. I would likely guess that band instruments are best purchased from smaller specialty shops for proper stringed instruments . Box store probably best for beginner instrument. I am only making a generic assumption. YMMV

They have a full service string/wind repair shop that should be able to help It is open most days, since the department is run by a single person, it is not open as long as the general store hours (call ahead)

Yes they should be able to fix your trombone. They fixed a note/paddle(?) part that fell off my daughter's Saxophone.
