worst seller on ebay. ordered a tv in Nov. 2020 failed deliver after numerous attempts saying they can't find the package, eventually claim package was lost. how can you lost a 86inch tv? then I asked for a refund, took them 1 entire month to give a proper response yet till this day hasn't refunded me. Straight up robbery. Please anyone who's reading this, don't buy from this place unless you want to throw your money away.

Can’t think of enough good things to say about Video Audio Center. They have the most amazing products and always have better pricing than anywhere else. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them for all your technological needs!

I started my search for a new TV online and educating myself , after my research I decided to get a Samsung QLED TV 55” , Samsung had a promotion for a trade in $200.00 and mentioned the participating retailers in the area ; Best Buy was one of them , so I called Best Buy in West LA, after a long hold time I finally got someone to answer only to find out that the sales rep was not aware of any promotions!! , I asked him to check with a manager and a lengthy hold he confirmed the they were able to do it, but I would have to bring my tv in ! My tv is an 11 yr old 50” and weighs 150 lb , very convenient! And even after I get to bring it in they will let me know if I get the credit mentioned on the website! I called another Best Buy in West Hollywood, was on hold for 30 minutes and nobody ever picked up, after that I called the corporate office .. was connected Philippines , and again I clue then transferred to USA , but really got no answers ! So I called Video & Audio Center in Santa Monica- call was picked up immediately by a live person, within a minute Sales rep picked by a name of Badal , not only he was aware of all of the promotions , he was knowledgeable about everything I had asked! I made an appointment to visit the store the same day , Badal not only called me back to follow up, but had made an effort to pre-book delivery and installation and a pick up of the trade in all within an hour after our conversation!! That showed me that he is a true professional, and I made a decision to buy it from him without hesitation! When I came in he knew my name and showed me all of the choices , helped me with the decision and sold me a TV! The Best experience I had , everything as promised: no pressure, easy , quick a pleasure! I got a call from Alex next day from the delivery depot as promised to confirm the delivery time, The TV was delivered on time as promised Francisco and his partner delivered the TV exactly at the time as promised .. brand new in the box, they were patient, experienced installers!! The job was done exactly within an hour , perfectly to my liking! They wouldn’t leave until I was completely satisfied, measured to perfection!! They set it up , programmed everything, connected all of the components and left my place in immaculate condition and the installation was immaculate!! Thank you for an amazing experience! All of the other reviews here are completely unfounded, as I’m not an easy customer to please! I would highly recommend to do business with this company! Buying TV should always be this easy it’s an exciting purchase for anyone, but if the salesperson is not interested to deal with you, or knows less you about the product or promotions available and shows no enthusiasm-it definitely leaves a bad taste in any customers mouth. BTW I also called Century City store, but salesman there kept placing me on hold, was a bit stand offish , so i finally just hung up while being on hold again .. Badal showed me that he wants my business, and he definitely outshined his counterpart at Century City!

We bought a TV through Amazon from the company, and it has been a nightmare. They charged our credit card and sent an email stating that our TV had been shipped. The tracking number that they provided never did work, but giving them the benefit of the doubt, we decided to wait for the delivery date. That date has come and gone with NO TV. Called Amazon and all they could offer to do was email the company, well I could do that as well. I researched and found a phone number to call. Well that was a joke. The lady that answered the phone, couldn't tell me any information other than the TV had been shipped. She said to give it a few more days and then call backs. Well, No I wasn;t going to do that! So, once again I researched the Shipping Company and found their phone number. The poor guy answering the phones knew what I was calling about before I even said anything! The story is that this Video and Audio Center had inventory last week for 3 days and nothing left the warehouse. Customers were not informed of this and like myself, thought our TV was shipped. When in fact, my TV was just leaving California last night. So, we sit and wait.........The shipping company has been helpful and they have been recieving calls and complaints all week. In my opionion, Amazon needs to step up and do something about this issue.

How fast is delivery to Oregon? Xbr65x850e. Tech data is carrier. Never heard of them and worried about tracking updates.

I just went through a three month ordeal with this vendor. Purchased a Samsung 65 inch 4k UHD TV that didn't work right out of the box tried for a month and a half to get it fixed or replaced and when they Couldn't get that accomplished and I had to demand my money back... which took another month and a half.
