I took my car in last Sunday for new tire installation and when I got my car back the seatbelt assist was broken. I told them about the same day and was told to see the manager the next day. I did so and was told he would call by noon. I received no call and went back on Tuesday where I was told to bring it in Friday so they could look and fix it. I took it in and was told by the manager that the technician didn't use the seatbelt and that they didn't do it. Tell me that they would not be fixing their mistake. I fixed cars for a living prior to changing my career and I know for a fact that my car was not in that state when I dropped it off. Do not bring your car here they will not fix any damages they do to your car!

Took my company truck for a new battery and because they knew they could hustle my company told them that I needed additional services when I didn't. This place is a joke no honor in the work they do. If they did this to a big company I could only imagine what they do to hustle other people. Will never take it back to this location. Scam artists at its finest.

I have been waiting nearly a month to see if Firestone would call me to discuss but since they won’t, I’ll bring my complaint where others can see it. I brought my work vehicle in for its regular service - with this my company pays directly and they are expected to complete a list of items based. The first on the list was an oil change, but this list also included checking fluids, checking tire pressure and do a rotation, etc. When checking in I told them specifically my tire pressure had been low and I was out of wiper fluid. To please specifically take care of these items. They assured me it would be taken care of and I would receive a call when my vehicle was ready for pickup. This call never came. Six hours late I finally called them to an “uh yeah. It’s ready”. So I went over and asked as I checked out that everything I asked about was resolved and I was shown a receipt that included the tire rotation, the oil change, resolved tire pressure and fluid added in wiper fluid. This was ALL billed to my company. When I hopped in my car all of my tires were still low pressure and my wiper fluid was NOT filled. They literally billed my company for a number of items without actually doing them. THIS IS STEALING MONEY. I returned to the shop livid. The man working asked me to step outside (I’m assuming so other customers wouldn’t know the scam they were pulling). He brought my car back in, filled the tires and fluid - but did not do a rotation on my tires. He then assured Ramon would call me when he returned from time off (the date he gave me was 1/4 - today is 1/23 and I have yet to hear from them. These people are shady and they are thieves. STAY AWAY.

I can’t believe it, I brought my Toyota Corolla to this location for a tire rotation, My car didn’t have any lights on it. Now looks like a Christmas tree so many lights. Now they are telling me that it would cost me over 2500 or more to repair it..
