DO NOT PAY FOR TIRE SHINE!!!! I only go on public reviews after trying to address issues directly with managers...... I'm a LONG time customer prior to Rainstorm taking over. Went there on 6/26 and 7/9 - Paid for tire shine both times and NO tire shine either time. First time let it go, second time went back, attendant let me run through it again and still no shine (I have pictures by the exit that I'd gladly share IF somebody contacts me). I suggested to attendant that he shutoff (or get a manager to shut-off) tire shine option. He dismissed that suggestion. I then contacted them via rainstorm.com website twice, left a message at Brookfield location and no return call. Called again today and talked to Manager "who's been there 2 days". He's trying to get tire shine fixed. Told him he needs to shut it off as an option to pay for because they are raking-in money. Told me he doesn't wake-up to deceive customers (Horrible response.....).

My first visit since the business name change. I had been going go the previous business for many years. I was optimistic until I realized I didn't receive the tire shining option which I paid $3 extra. I called to let them know machines are not accurately providing the selected paid options. I clearly stated I wasn't returning just wanted to make them aware. I waited 2 days - not a call back to acknowledge. I'll give them another chance perhaps it was merely that - a machine mix up. (Although I've read another review with the very same issue.)

As a local and huge local business supporter. With new ownership and price gauge increase is a big no-no. I mean we go from a $16.00 double wash to $25.00 price increase! That’s 40% increase. I’ve been going to this car wash for the past 13 years. Unfortunately I won’t be paying that much for just a wash. I do understand the cost of inflation but to stick the very own consumer with a huge increase in price is a slap to the very loyal customer that been supporting your business for years! Also, if you’re going to charge that much for a wash. You should definitely update the washing process and drying machine blowers. They don’t dry your car up as it should. Work on this new ownership or word by mouth will prevail and decrease the business numbers!

I have been coming here for years and always loved it. Never had one complaint. I went there yesterday to wash my Jeep. I got the 18 dollar wash , thought it was way to expensive first of all. Second no tire shine or anything for 18 dollars that is just insanity. Plus there is still dirt on the back hatch of my Jeep. So disappointed. I won’t be back
