This place is not the best party supply store for their lack of organization, high prices, and check out practices. To start off, they got me with the free parking. I should have known that nothing is free. I saw the sign and thought it would be great. As soon as I walked in I saw how disorganized the place was. The line was already taking up an aisle of the store and boxes where open everywhere. The next issue where the prices, when I know for a fact that other stores had similar pinatas for $15 this place had them starting at 20 and 25 for the two I grabbed. With guilt for already parking there I decided to eat the cost. Several candy and items where similarly very high priced, so this is not the place to come get a bargain. Bedies, the employees grabbing pinatas where kind and helpful even through they didn't have a single clue where any character pinata was. There was zero organization and they were constantly being followed by 4 to 5 customers asking where specific pinatas where. The biggest issue was a result of the cashier. For such a big warehouse with customers packed like rats along the aisles you would think they would have more than one cashier or their fastest person. The opposite, they had a guy who was comically slow if it wasn't for the 40 minute line wait I had to endure. This was like a SNL sketch, he would scan items and when he didn't know he would ask the owner "Kennia" and then repeat the price to the customer who obviously heard her. They really need to get someone that can check the customers out quickly and efficiently so the store can clear out. Last but most importantly they imposed a made up fee on my cc for using a certain card. They said they were being charged that by the credit card, and they were passing the charge onto me. As a merchant that is the cost of doing business, you don't punish me for paying with legal tender in credit card form. If you are looking for party supplies at a reasonable price, avoid this tourist trap. The free parking comes out more expensive with their unreasonably high prices and credit card fees.

Expensive but worth the $ in customer service alone they have many right now options and offer customize service but always on there toes my only complaint they allow dogs other than that A1

Great customer service ! If your having a difficult time finding items for the theme of your event they'll do whatever is possible on their end to help you get or create what you need for your event; such as centerpieces and pinatas. I had a week to get what I needed and they got it done for me within that time frame!! And their pricings are very fair .

Love going to this street! Reminds me of Mexico, smell of food, food stands. You need to take your time finding a parking space. Dont use the $10 or more for parking. Take your time you will find a parking space by the curb lot cheaper.
