My wife placed a order for 2 ice coffees. I go to pick it up and pull in to drive thru and they are closed. I pull up to the drive thru window and they are in fact closed. The hours on there website and on the window says open till 9 pm daily. I see two employees of the store as i pull out of drive thru and ask why they take online orders when they are closed. The employee didn't seem to care. This is the 2nd time this happened

This place was great when it first opened. More recently, my drinks from here have been 80-90% foam. Hot or cold doesn't matter. I paid for a large cup of foam. I could forgive if it happened once, but this is the third time. Go to literally any other Dunkin in the area.

Wow wow wow!! What a waste of money and time here.. I keep giving them a chance to make up for the last visit and truly a Fail! Donuts were hard and stale, coffee watered down, cold brew not made right, charlie was disgustingly wrong too… Its Saturday morning so you’d expect fresh everything, but its a joke!! Unless you don't care about quality or freshness you should skip this location.. Munster down on Calumet by Ridge is my usual and has never failed to satisfy… Management needs to step it up and get things in order..

WORST DD ever!! I’m a nightshift nurse that commutes to Chicago and all 3 times I have gotten coffee at this location my coffee order was messed up and tasted awful! To top it off, when I politely asked them to correct the order, they gave me an attitude. Please go to literally any other DD than this one! Don’t waste your money here!
