Food was ok but the service was horrible thay bang you up On a Automatic gratuity charge no matter how big your party is Whether it's 2 people or 10 people they're gonna hit you for percentage ,I tip good at the places I dine at!!! But to receive horrible service and then expect more of a tip when paying your bill is ridiculous when they just banged you up out the gate on the check

Very poor customer servic!! I called and they answered and laid the phone down. I drove to the restaurant 16 minutes later. I was still on the phone. I could hear them in the background and I had to verbally place my order in person. Of course this is on the 10th of the month when they have their special, but that's no excuse for not answering the phone when it's laid down for 16 minutes!! No, I'm not picking up. I just ordered

Usually this is the best food, service, drink everything be good. I don't know what happened or what was going on but it took forever. Everything we asked for it needed, we waited for it for at least 25 minutes. Me and my husband were almost sleep.

WAS a great place (prior to 2021)!! However, they are now (02/2022) charging $7.00 per credit transaction (which they don't tell u). They also charge 20% gratuity on EVERY bill (because their employees deserve a good tip-small print by register). When u ask about those charges they r disrespectful and rude. One woman said, u don't like r prices don't effin' come back!! RUDE. Been going there for over 25 years and I'll NEVER be back!!! I would prefer to give them LESS than one star!!!
